Expect a curated afternoon of stillness, movement, and nourishment — designed for women of color to arrive as they are and leave restored. We hold the container so you can simply be.

The Itinerary

A rhythm designed to unfurl slowly. The full itinerary — with facilitators and rituals — is sent to confirmed participants.

Early Bird Yoga

A gentle Hatha flow for those seeking a quiet morning start before the main gathering. Come as you are.

10:00 — 11:30

Arrival & Opening Circle

Welcome tea, guided grounding meditation, and intention setting in community. This is where the day begins for most.

11:30 — 12:30

Somatic Movement

A facilitated session weaving breathwork, embodied release, and slow ritual movement.

12:30 — 14:00

Nourishment Lunch

Chef-prepared plant-based meal served long-table under the canopy. Farm-to-table, honoring the season.

14:00 — 15:30

Sound & Reflection

A closing sound bath and journaling ritual to seal in what has been received.
